How do I update my billing notifications?

Initial billing notification type and preferences will vary depending on the information {provider name} has on file for you. To update your notification preferences, follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to the online payment portal via digital payment link or paper statement URL.
  2. Click your first initial in the top right corner.
  3. Click My account.
  4. Toggle notification paths on or off as preferred.

At least one notification method must be enabled at all times. This is to ensure that {provider} can get in contact with you regarding important information about your bills.
