What is a copay?

A copay is a fixed amount that you pay for an eligible service. For example, a visit to your primary physician may cost you a flat fee of $25 per visit. The $25 fee in that scenario is your copay.

Copay amount will vary depending on insurance plan details and visit type. Copays do not apply to self-pay/uninsured patients.
